Durham University has shared an artist’s impression of Orbit, the new enterprise zone to be located at NETPark, one of the UK’s leading science parks.
Sure to be home to some of Northern Accelerator’s spin-outs, Orbit is due to open in spring 2021. It will house space for around 15 businesses with a prototype lab, hot desks and meeting facilities.
Businesses located at Orbit will have access to the university’s research expertise, support and learning, test facilities and collaborative working opportunities, as well as the opportunity to attend regular workshops and events.
