Rick has founded and developed a number of successful businesses throughout his career. He understands the challenges faced by early stage businesses in developing the right team, balancing product development with sales and keeping a close eye on cashflow, alongside the unexpected challenges.
Rick started his role as Head of Company Creation at Newcastle University in June 2021. Rick brings a wide network of investors, entrepreneurs and support agencies that will support company creation at Newcastle University.
