We are delighted to announce that our Northern Accelerator partner, Northumbria University, is hosting their fourth annual IP Showcase on 11th June. And you’re invited.
At the event, you can interact with their innovators to explore further the disruptive technologies being built at Northumbria and discuss possible joint R&D ventures and investment opportunities.
The event will open with a welcome address from the Pro Vice‑Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Exchange. Following this, a prominent guest speaker in the area of technology transfer will speak.
In the morning, innovators will deliver lightning talks about their IP commercialisation projects. Alongside this, there will be presentations from existing and upcoming spin-out companies. In addition, the IP Commercialisation Team will cover a broad range of technology areas including MedTech, Space, Software, Greentech, AgriTech and Materials. As a result, attendees can explore innovations across multiple growth areas in one place.
